Growing up wasn't always normal for Emberlyn Morena. She was always known and put out there alongside her brother Nikolai. Her mother runs a company that made them successful since she was a little girl. Her mother never appreciated her or her brother. Since she's the oldest, her brother keeps his anger in whilst getting hit, but if Emberlyn sees it she defends him with her heart and soul.

They have company rivals, the Kallens. They're a small enough family, but they're tight with each other. The mother died a few years back so it's just their father keeping the business going. Something changed after she died, everyone in the family seemed a little separated, and things only got worse when they began to become known for some of the public fearing them.

Emberlyn and Nikolai are forbidden to interact with any of the Kallens by their mother.
