FACELESS: A Powerless Story There are several versions of the story Lauren Roberts has told you. She told you of a Prince and a thief. She told you of a Kingdom built on blood and the Trials that nearly tore it apart. But there is a story she forgot-or perhaps, one she never wanted you to know. This is the story of a ghost. While the Kingdom of Ilya watched the capital burn during the Purging Trials, a darker secret was rotting in the soot-stained streets of the south. The news of King Edric Azer's death has reached the salt-cracked lips of Tando, leaving a power vacuum that smells of smoke and desperation. Far from the gilded gates of Astrum, a boy with no name fights for scraps behind a mask of scorched leather. To the pits, he is Faceless. To himself, he is a man clinging to a half-torn photograph of a woman he's never met and a past that doesn't want to be found. He thinks he is alone. He thinks his "luck" is invisible. He has no idea that every move he makes is being watched by eyes that have followed him for three years. Matilda Corbin doesn't care about the Prince's games or the changing of the crown. She only cares about the boy in the mask. She is a shadow in a city dying under the weight of a plague, sharpening her hatred until it is as lethal as the truth. She is waiting for the perfect moment to unmask him-to show the world that even in the dirt of the Shallows, secrets can bleed. The King is dead. The Enforcer has fled. And in the dark, the only thing more dangerous than a ghost is the girl who knows his name.

Nagashima Yuki finally transmigrated. More precisely, she reincarnated, straight into the deadly world of Jujutsu Kaisen. The moment she realized where she was, Yuki was thrilled. "Yes! I even got an awesome cursed technique! Time to join the protagonist squad!" All she had to do now was wait for recruitment. After all, wasn't a certain irresponsible white-haired teacher supposed to show up and bring talented kids to Jujutsu High? So she waited. And waited. And waited. "Why hasn't that white-haired teacher come to pick me up yet?! Hurry up and take me to Jujutsu High already!" But instead of an invitation... She attracted the attention of curse users. Now she's being hunted. Constantly. "Where are you, Gojo Satoru?! If Tokyo Jujutsu High won't take me, what about Kyoto?! Somebody recruit me already, please!!" When her life finally becomes impossible to maintain thanks to endless attacks, Yuki reaches a devastating conclusion: "This JJK production crew is way too dangerous! I quit the protagonist team!" And just before she walks into the darkness to fight it on her own terms, she glances back one last time at the school she once dreamed of joining. With tears in her eyes, she shouts toward the sky- "Gojo Satoru! Do you even know what you've lost?!" *** Gojo Satoru was born the strongest. In his entire life, only two things ever slipped through his fingers because he wasn't strong enough. One was the man who nearly killed him - Toji Fushiguro. The other was the mysterious person who appeared after his revival and took Toji away. Sorcerers inherit techniques. That person could dismantle them. Sorcerers attack with cursed energy. That person was immune. Sorcerers stand for justice. That person simply turned around, and walked into the darkness. Her name was Nagashima Yuki. And in the eyes of the jujutsu world, she was someone who stood completely opposite to sorcerers.
