Project Winter Wolf

She was never meant to be human.

Buried beneath the ruins of a destroyed Hydra facility, a dying snow white dire wolf is pulled from the rubble .. its fur streaked with silver, its ice blue eyes fading. When it awakens, the creature is no longer a beast, but a young woman with silver hair, green eyes... and no memory of who she is.

They name her Selene, but the files call her something else: AURORA - Project Winter Wolf .. an experiment in genetic splicing and super soldier engineering, forged through torture and obedience training. Haunted by nightmares of cold metal and a shadow with a metal arm, Selene fights not just for control of her shifting body, but for ownership of her own mind.

Under the watch of morally gray director Fury and a determined trauma therapist, Selene is brought into the orbit of Earth's mightiest heroes the Avengers .. strangers who see in her a weapon, a victim, or a mirror of their own scars. When buried commands ignite and the wolf inside is unleashed, trust shatters, loyalties fracture, and an entire tower becomes a battlefield.

To survive, Selene must make an impossible choice: surrender to the monster Hydra built... or claim her autonomy and rewrite the purpose she was created for. She is not their project. She is not their weapon.
