If that loss started the day you were born?
And the only form of some fucked up type of "compensation" your offered is a diagnosis report reading, 'Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder', followed by a list of crisis numbers, medications;
And of course, a self care section; containing instructions on how to run a calming bubble bath or if that doesn't take your fancy, then a cosy warm cup of tea!
Honestly, who wouldn't be mentally cured by SUCH out of the box ideas?!
Oh or??
the temporary quick fix cuddle from someone you hooked up with - that is, if they decide to show a shred of compassion and give aftercare.
That one's from my own "self-care" section - located somewhere in the midst of chaos in my mind, not the NHS website.
