GardenView has been closed down for a few years now, but the building still stands. Delilah Keen and Arthur Walton still have control over the building and are still paying the government to keep it up, but haven't been to said building since it's closure. However, the toons in the building are changing.

Rodger the Magnifying Glass, also known as the Detective of GardenView has taken on a different role. Now using his keen eyesight and detective brain, he's started researching his friends to find a way to help them. However, his closest ally in this case is the only acception to the cause, and the rules. Can the simple toon get far with a morally grey ally who can become dangerous at any moment now before he himself becomes like his friends?
