Afterlife

My name is Sarah. I am seventeen and this is my story.
The day I died was the cold night of January 14, 2015. My Boyfriend Eli and I were driving to my parents house in long island, New York to celebrate my mothers birthday. All was going well until an massive truck came out of nowhere. Eli slammed his foot on the brake pedal. I heard him scream and then I felt the massive truck ram into the side of the car. Then, I blacked out.
A few minutes later I woke up still in the car and tried to move but I was stuck. I called out to Eli but got no response. I looked over to find head split open and his body red with blood. I knew at that moment that he was gone. I started to see a bright light and slowly, the world started to fade away. I eventually fell away into darkness and closed my eyes. That is the last thing I remember.
