There is always two sides to a coin. Stealing caused by poverty. Abuse caused by corruption. Drug dealing due to unwanted pressure.

Crime. It taints what is supposed to be pure. While purity finds its delicate hands trying to pry open the cages caused by those that were shaped through rough and hard labour.

Police officers implement the law that prevents these extreme outtakes. They ensure that everything is carried out fairly. But like everyone they first need to learn how to do these things.

A prestigious police academy in the outskirts of Seoul is where our story begins. With two men who where brought together by the unfortunate existence of destiny. They fight, over who has actually worked for their dreams, who is better who is worse. Who will crack the case first. Who will pass their exams. Who can do roll call quicker. Anything that can be competitive or not becomes a challenge that was meant to drive them further apart....Or does it?
