Love Me, Love Me Not

Frank Iero has been quietly falling apart.

Plagued by a mysterious illness that makes him cough up flower petals, Frank knows he's suffering from Hanahaki Disease, born from his hopeless love for Gerard Way, another senior with a girlfriend and no idea Frank exists. As the flowers grow, so does the pain, until Frank's body begins to fail in terrifying ways, collapsing at school and landing him in the hospital with no medical explanation.
