Starlight city is a mythical place and advanced in technology. They year where Starlight city was built was 1975 but its popularity started in 2019. The city holds many secrets and many super human abilities among civilians.

However that changes. What becomes a great city comes jealously from others. Starlight city is a popular city in England, replacing london by far. It is the top tourist attraction in the world, but Russia's jealously get taken to far. They sent a warhead to the city in hoping to destroy it. Maybe someone will step up? Maybe it will be destroyed. There is some superhuman people out there ready to make a difference.
