After the catastrophic release of the Biomaxis, a radical bio-evolutionary rewrite meant to eradicate human illness, the city of Dave Haven is left fractured. Instead, she emerged uniquely compatible-able to generate and control a rare form of green bio-energy that can suppress Biomorph instability without killing them.

Behind the headlines, Caiya operates under the covert authority of the Havensfield Agency, fighting to contain escalating Biomorph threats while scientists race to complete the Green Halo-a stabilizing countermeasure derived from her abilities. But the Halo is unfinished, and Caiya is not invincible.
