Sage Dearling never believed that it was truly possible to escape Hawkins. She could leave, change addresses, even pretend that memories could be stuffed into a suitcase and left behind. But the town had shaped her, given her an identity, and built a home where everyone who ever mattered to her had lived. And it still remembered her name. It remembered her father being led away in handcuffs and sent to prison. It remembered her mother, whose death had ben senseless and unnecessary. It also remembered Steve Harrington, once Sage refuge, now a problem and the only constant in the chaos of a collapsing reality. She should not need him. Nor should she want him. Yet once again, Hawkins proved that while she could leave it, it had never intended to leave her. ۶ৎ "P.S.
