Almost a Love Scene is a high-school theater romance about rivalry, timing, and what happens when the stage refuses to stay confined to rehearsals.

Yuna Morimoto is driven, focused, and determined to earn her place onstage-no shortcuts, no favors, no distractions. But when casting brings her face-to-face with a sharp-tongued rival who never seems to be where he's supposed to be, her carefully controlled world starts to blur at the edges.

Small Disclaimer: I am a Super-American and completely forgot that Japanese high schools have students in one class for the year with rotating teachers.
