Luna Noctis is a stubborn captain with an intolerable arrogance humans cannot stand. With a dark and mysterious past, he hides his identity as a dragon shifter, from his crew and anyone that stands close to him. His actions were always controlled by greed and a fiery desire for wealth that would not even be satisfied if he had all of the gold found in the world of Isitara.

Oceana Arielle is a runaway mermaid princess disguised as a human thief. She wants to forget about her origin from the underwater kingdom of Abyssia and start anew. She is a beginner when it comes to living as a two-legged creature surviving in a city without being surrounded by the waters of Halsor Bay. However, she steals and collects riches that are far from hers, surviving amongst the humans throughout the land.

One fateful night, the thief happens to steal gold from the wrong captain, who holds her captive. Luna is in search for an artifact that holds ties to his bloodline and Oceana has Abyssian soldiers out on the hunt for their lost princess. In this flaming, adventurous fantasy romance, passion burns brightly between enemies, while also involving gut-wrenching betrayals, secrets, and losses. The tides will bring an ending that remains unknown, but the truths shall be revealed through the sheen of crimson scales.
