Elliot Jackson; a 16 year old boy with a dramatic childhood and chronic anxiety, moves into his step-fathers glorious mansion just outside a small northern town called Auburn. 

Auburn is not your typical small-town experience. Anyone who has a house in the town, or on the outskirts, is filthy rich. Elliot isn't used to the new surrounding, nor his new step-family, school, friends, and feelings. 

To top it off, he meets and possibly falls head over heels in love with his step-sisters mysterious boyfriend, Wyatt.
