Dutch Walker may look like a standard therapist, but he is much more dangerous. A killer. He doesn't hunt the innocent. Never the innocent. He hunts those who caused pain. After all, he is a therapist. So when someone is using his method to get rid of the same pain, he needs to find whoever is behind this mess. But nothing is ever easy. Especially when two people make it much more difficult.

Special agent Oliva Riveres is the lead agent on this new case. But when she has a boss who's always chewing her out on every little thing. And a pass that's not done haunting her, though it happened not that long ago after all.

Sergio Francis is a journalist who has been interested in the hangman. What made him the way he did? Why kill? Sergio always loved a good mystery and will do anything for a piece of information. When his new story gets attention with his new profound informationhe he may have gotten something bigger than he was expecting.
