"Don't you think she's a little..." I trailed off, looking back at the girl shrinking into the big office chair. Monica lightly elbowed me in the stomach, glaring at me. "A little what?" she asked, quirking her brow. I roll my eyes and let out a sigh. "Under-qualified. What'd you think I was gonna say?" I ask. My arms are crossed as I look back at the girl. She's looking around the room, admiring the art. She's got that sparkle in her eyes that tells me Los Angeles will crush her. "Just give her a chance. She's a hard worker and she really wants to get in the business. Someone has to help her get started and it'd be nice if it were you." I look back at Monica and her pleading eyes. I scratch my head. "She wants to be in the assistant business?" "The film industry! C'mon... what do you say?"
