The Path to the Dragons

Long ago, back when the world was in it's colonization phase, the people residing in Iceland found an island. A lone island in the middle of the sea. No one knows how these Icelandic sailors made it to the island because this island... isn't your typically island. It's got your usual things, plants, trees, bugs. But it has something much more... deadly.
Dragons.

Nowadays, the people somehow still alive on the island now called Banvæn Eyjafrost. They found other humanoid creatures and have split into two factions, the townies and the Forestwalkers.
Finn was born to two townie parents. She was raised alongside them. She enjoyed in their festive 'sacrifices' to the dragons. Until one day, she was the sacrifice.
Thankfully an old Forestwalker had saved her and taught her of the forestwalker ways. They lived together for many a year. Until they were celebrating Finn turning 17, a group of teenaged townies set fire to Elisa and Finns only little shed, killing Elisa.
With fire flaming all throughout Finn, she sets off to find the dragons and convince them to kill the horrid townies.

I do not speak Icelandic, so I'm sorry if the translations for names or things like that are incorrect!
