Still Breathing--A poem

I know hope doesn't come on its own, so here I am to be the one who brings it to you. Its fragile, but hold on to it, right ones will come.
This isn't just a poem--Its my story, my pain, my grief, which I am sharing to the broken ones to maybe better the lives of those who suffer like me.
