Lately I've been carrying a lot-more than usual-and the one thing that consistently helps me process it, the healthiest outlet I've found, is putting words on the page. When something gnaws at me, sits heavy in my chest, or just won't let go, writing lets me take it out of my head and give it shape. Most of the time that shape ends up being a poem.
The problem is, the last few months (or maybe longer, if I'm honest) have been relentless. One thing after another keeps coming, and the poems keep piling up. They're stacking in my notes app, my drafts, my backups-taking up space both literal and emotional. This folder, this thread, this little corner of the internet has become my personal log, a quiet archive of whatever I needed to survive each wave.
You're welcome to read any of it if you want. Or to scroll past. Or to never look at all. I genuinely don't care either way. This isn't performative; it's not for likes or feedback or validation. It's just how I keep my head above water. These are the receipts of my own breathing.
