When Evelyn Harrow receives a mysterious message claiming her twin brother didn't die the way she was told, she is drawn to the abandoned St. Dymphna Hospital for the Mentally Afflicted-a crumbling psychiatric facility sealed off since a catastrophic fire in 1978.
