When a new enemy emerges-one who treats heroism as data and catastrophe as experimentation-the city becomes a testing ground. Nanotechnology, adaptive threats, and carefully engineered chaos force heroes into predictable responses, exposing the limits of power, legacy, and authority. As the system strains under pressure, Jax proves to be the one variable that cannot be modeled.
