Only shortly, 13 years as of current, the Treaty of Treason was established after the victorious Capitol stood above. As a result, thus the Hunger Games were created to serve as a rising reminder of the repercussions and the requirement of orderly conduct. During the rule of President Ravinstill, the Games have changed accordingly before and during the actual commencement of itself.
