The Golden Thread - Event Synopsis
When fractures appear in the Patterned Web threatening all timelines, Mosi / Kwaku Anansi discovers that a young girl, Darla Dudley, is a First Thread-a living anchor for stories across realities. As the Anti-Griot, a being that consumes erased myths, attacks to destabilize the Web, Mosi assembles a team including Behrad, Monkey Prince, Osiris, and John Diggle to protect her.
Darla embraces her destiny as Sika, weaving illusions and manipulating narrative threads to fight the Omega Demons, while the Anti-Griot reveals knowledge of greater temporal threats. In the aftermath, Mosi opens a Time Thread to the 32nd Century, revealing glimpses of Darla's future as the First Griot and the foundations of the Gold Lantern Corps.
Faced with both immediate danger and the weight of future responsibility, the team must protect the story itself-because the choices they make now will determine whether myths survive or unravel across time.
