Lament

a collection of some of my poetry

I'm just an ordinary girl in an extraordinary world. Life doesn't like me, so I fell in love with melancholy. But that's alright. I forgave my soul. I thought I might start writing poetry because no words seemed to explain my lament as well as the words dipped in suffering. I can't have happiness. That's alright. I explained that to my heart. It can bear it a little longer, I'm sure. After all, it was alone when it was not supposed to be left alone. Put your part into making this world a better place...
