Each chapter blends confessional storytelling, chaotic humor, and detailed recipes that double as emotional therapy. From obsessing over crushes to mixing the perfect lemon cake or shepherd's pie, the kitchen becomes a stage for both heartbreak and self-discovery. Full of relatable chaos, quirky observations, and addictive moments, this book turns every emotional meal into a feast for the soul.

17 parts Complete
