Every year their would be two offerings from each section that totals to 20 offerings per year and in return vampires don't go on killing rampages
There once were a species that were chosen to protect humans from the vampires who had the strength and agility to kill the creatures of the night, they were called the Tueur or slayers. But since the takeover all of them were gathered and killed or so they thought.
