After an extended absence, Lubinda, a bright young boy with boundless potential and the cherished only child of his mother returned to the village of his ancestors. Upon his arrival, he was unexpectedly struck by the presence of an ancient spirit. This spectre had once inhabited the body of his great-grandfather, the revered founder of the now-forgotten MUÑALUKAU village. This village, steeped in history, was the birthplace of Kahunikwa, the very place where Lubinda now calls home.

The spirit that enveloped Lubinda was that of a man who had once wielded the dark forces of the world, a power that ultimately led to his downfall. Long ago, he had been cursed by his ancestors after committing the unthinkable act of incest with one of his daughters to gain more than what he possessed. Fed up with his malevolence, the ancestors could not take the life of a mortal. Instead, they chose to confine him for eternity within the gnarled trunk of a baobab tree, hoping that the passage of time would be his end. Although he had vowed to return only when a worthy vessel would be born, ages slipped by, and the prophecy faded into myth, obscured by the mists of time until that fateful day.

Was it truly Muwese reborn as the young Lubinda? Only his wise grandmother, a renowned healer with a deep connection to the spiritual world, could unravel this mystery. Yet, time continued to elude her grasp, adding urgency to their quest for understanding.
