Celia Wraith has never been known to be a nice person. Some people called her rude, others said her demeanor was standoffish. In all actuality, she just didn't understand. Social cues, situational empathy, it all flew over her head. Not to mention that she doesn't handle change well.

Oliver Wood graduating completely wrecked her, leaving her to look for him over her shoulder to find nothing in return. Losing her position on the Quidditch team, her primary connection to Oliver, was what really caused her to withdraw. Losing something so important to her in a snap of the fingers, everything she dedicated her life to was gone because of someone else.

Then one day Angelina Johnson approached her and everythig changed. Not in a movie magic way where the world stops, but in a slow and permanent way. When someone does not even realize how much they have to lose until they are about to sort of way.

Suddenly Harry Potter was back in her life, a boy she had known since he was a little first year twerp. A boy who understood her in a way that was so easy, it frighten her. How could a boy, an entire grade younger than her understand what its like? It couldn't be because they have experienced the same things in life, she had never been orphaned by a man with no nose but she certainly understood the pressure of fame. The lineage of being born great. She understood the dedication in his eyes, she had seen herself wear it a few years ago, all the way back when she was happy.

Things were changing and Celia Wraith hated it, but who knows? Maybe it will all work out for the better.

Or end in doom, devastation, and the bitter burn of jealousy. May the gods be with her.
