After the death of his fiancée,  Adam thought there was no more reason left for him to be alive.  He abandoned the company waiting for him to its heir, and went away from his family, squandering all the fortune he inherited from his father, until he got almost nothing. And when no one could any more recognize who he was, he got into a fight that almost cost his life.  That fight led him to the sleep coastal town of San Martin. When he woke up on its shores, he thought hope found him.

There was a different warmth in that little country town that made him convinced he finally found a reason to move on. When a poor family found him almost dead on the shores, they took care of him, kept him and welcomed him to their lives, believing he was suffering from anterograde amnesia. So then started a new life for him, away from his family, and from everything that would remind him of Katrina.

But just when he thought he was all over her, someone stepped into his life and reminded him everything about the woman he loved the most - someone who possessed all the beautiful qualities of the only girl he promised his heart for.  When he looked back to his past, all he could see was Katrina and all the reasons why he could never love someone else. But when he looked inside his heart, he found a love that was now belonging to another, someone destiny itself, kept telling him could never be the one to fill the hole inside his heart.
