In Love with An Immigrant While Being Cursed

A romance (???) or wtv on 2 siblings (Darwin & Victoria) that are in high school meeting a brother and sister (Umbra & Axel) duo that immigrated into the United States with their parents from the new Russian Federation in order to "live the American dream", with the brother and sister duo attending the same high school as the 2 siblings. Will they get along? Or will it go terribly wrong?

I'm also shit at expanding/world building, so there may be a bunch of plot holes/misconceptions or stuff that doesn't make sense.
