a mistake saves a life (rewrite)

The God of death looked at the documents on his desk with horror at what was about to become of him.

He had prepared himself to face consequences for switching two specific souls of different worlds, but in the process of doing so, he had allowed them to connect by accident and each of the souls had returned to their respective worlds before he could fix it or switch them.

Although switching the two was still breaking balance, at least he had made a deal for it and the soul of kim rok soo- the one who was going to do the most change- already belonged to that world which meant he had a chance to evade most of the goddess of balance's anger unlike what had just happened.

Lamenting what would become of him he watched as both souls woke up for what they thought was a normal day of their life but was actually the day they heard the voice of the one who would change their life forever.

"At least this shouldn't change what would've happened either way, right?"

And so, god of death could only hope that his mistake wouldn't cause a disaster.
