I'll Be There For You

I walk down the street to the local library, which I visit every day. I return my book and search for a new one. I see one on the top shelf that looks interesting, but because of me being so short, I can't reach it.

Naturally, I try jumping for it. Of course, I still can't reach it. A tall man walks up and grabs it. He hands the book to me with a smile and holy fuck he's attractive.

"Hi, I'm Brendon," the man says and extends his hand to shake mine. I take it.

"Lavender," I say.
