A raw journal entry I wrote in the aftermath of disillusionment-part confession, part spiritual reckoning. You Hate Me Now: A Lament is me documenting the moment I realized the woman I love hates me for witnessing the evil she kept hidden. She concealed herself for so long in our relationship that detaching from me became easy-like a way to escape the weight of guilt while leaving me in ruins. I wrestle with revenge, but my love for her outweighs my desire to ruin her. God will deliver the judgment; it doesn't need to come through my hands. So I release her.
