WHEN THEY HEARD US

In 1970, humanity entered its golden age.
This was the era when technology and science were pushed forward by scientists all around the world. In that very year, a program called METI (Messaging Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence) was born.

The reason behind its creation was simple, yet profound: a question that haunted the minds of scientists-
Are we truly alone in the universe?

METI was designed to answer that question. They were optimistic, believing that any intelligent life out there must be kind... friendly... just like us.

Five decades later, they finally received something.

An unknown signal from deep space.

Not information about a civilization.

It sounded more like... a roar.

A howl.
