A Bard's Journey

In the 21st century, an unknown energy engulfed the world, destroying technology and dragging humanity back into a medieval age ruled by mana, monsters, and rigid hierarchy. Heroes were chosen by power, kingdoms rose again, and those without magic were left to starve in the shadows of survival.

Among them was a nameless boy, a commoner with no mana and no place in the world. In his village, a single old man once showed him kindness, teaching him how to read the ancient tongue known as English. When famine came, the old man died quietly of starvation, and with him went the last proof that the boy mattered to anyone at all.

Mocked by nobles and broken by hunger, the boy fled into the mountains, cursing his own existence and the world that had discarded him.

Rain drove him into a distant cave, where he discovered a strange relic from a forgotten age. It resembled a table lined with black and white keys.

When he pressed one, sound filled the air. Soft, trembling, and alive.

As he played, a loose page brushed against his feet. On it were lines and symbols he somehow understood, not as words, but as instructions for sound. Etched into the instrument itself was a name he could read.

AMADEUS.

With no name of his own, he claimed it. Not as a title, but as proof of existence.
Unaware of it yet, the boy had awakened a power the world had abandoned.

In an age obsessed with mana and might, his journey would ask a quiet but dangerous question: what if the greatest magic was never meant to conquer, but to remind people how to feel?
