Promised Light

Rachel captains The Kings Folly, a ship taking odd jobs with an odd crew. But when a handoff goes awry, Rachel, Ban and Fiver must figure out a way to keep everyone on the ship safe, all while greater celestial forces continue to aid-or hinder- in equal measure.

Angela is an officer in The Golden Legion, the military arm of the Galactic Triumvirate, next to the Order Solaris government and the cultish Ecclesial Flame. She comes along with the mysterious Dunstan Edwards to hunt down The Kings Folly, but the mission takes on an immensely personal aspect for both of them as they try to bring in the renegade crew, all while rebellion stirs again.
