Aurora Castillo is strong, independent, and shaped by a past that taught her how to survive without relying on anyone. She doesn't trust easily and refuses to accept anything less than respect, even when her feelings start to blur the lines she's spent years building. Dante Moretti, on the other hand, was raised in power-controlled, guarded, and emotionally distant, never expecting anyone to truly matter. What begins between them as an arrangement turns to something physical that quickly changes into something complicated when Aurora feels more and Dante refuses to acknowledge it. One careless mistake shatters everything, forcing Aurora to choose herself while Dante is left confronting emotions he doesn't understand and can't control. As danger from his world begins to close in on hers, their relationship becomes a battle between pride, trust, and vulnerability. Dante has to prove he's capable of change, while Aurora must decide if loving him is worth the risk because what they have isn't easy, but it might be real enough to fight for.
