My Time With Frankie

On New Year's Eve, 26-year-old Alden Albacher, finds himself in a London gay club, an environment he despises but has agreed to endure for the sake of his best friend, Shane. As he nurses a glass of water and silently judges the room, he unexpectedly draws the attention of a 20-year-old American named Frankie, an effortlessly magnetic, overtly flirtatious guy who might just be the personification of temptation itself.

Of course, their first encounter is largely swerved by Alden, and after escaping the club Alden attempts to move on. The rest of the night transitions into joviality with his family at his mother's house in Croydon. But the serenity is interrupted when a milk shortage sends Alden back out into the night at the behest of his mother. Whilst intending on being a simple errand, the search brings him back into Camden, where just as he's about to return to Croydon, he spies a passed out drunk person in the gutter. Frankie.

Against all rational thought, Alden hauls the delirious American into his car to protect him from the cold. What Alden thinks will be one bizarre night quickly turns into something more as he has to deal with the very real fact that he's hauled a complete stranger to his mum's house.
