What is the difference between starvation and hunger when it comes to cannibals? For Eli, there is no difference. Usual, 𝘯𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘭, nutritious, foods still left him with the feeling of empty calories in his stomach and the need to throw up no matter how healthy or unhealthy the meal was.

What kept him alive, what made him mentally sick, was the fact only human flesh satisfied him.

He's tried many diets to keep away from the anamorphic feeling but all it did was make him feel withdrawal from the meat that felt right to be on his tongue, stain his fangs red, and rest in his stomach.

So, when he lets his desires take over and h̶u̶n̶t̶s̶ goes to find prey to replenish him - what does he do when his prey likes it?
