Wind whipped my hair back as I jumped over the little creek and stumbled into the cornfield. The broken ends of the cornstalks cut my dress, my skin as I ran. I smelled the stench of blood and rotting flesh. The stench of death. I could hear their groaning, their moaning and panting. I could hear my heart that was galloping in my chest.
I could hear the screams. The desperate screams of dying people.

What starts out as a normal school day, becomes a horror spree, as a group of teenagers and a teacher escape the high school. Chased by panic and the nightmarish creatures that hunt them, they travel through the bloody streets of the New York that they once knew, as they try to find a cure for the epidemic disease that is waking the dead from their sleep. But even though the world is ending, they can't ignore the feelings that start developing between them.

[COMPLETE] Soz this may be cringe, it was written very long ago A seemingly ordinary, working college girl meets a cool, undeniably sexy boy with millions of followers at his feet. How will their completely different lives allow, or prevent them from getting what they want? Expect some drama, flirty lines, steamy scenes, funny best friends, and perhaps, an overall epic love connection. ~ Carter came around the corner as his eyes darkened with a predatory gaze. Oh no. He took a step forward, minimalizing the distance with every dominating stride, as I froze in my spot. My breath hitched as his arms finally encircled my waist and his eyes locked with mine. In one swift motion, he flipped my body so my back was pressed against his chest and hands gripped the curve of my hips. "What game are you trying to play at Valerie?" he spoke in a husky voice. Goosebumps danced along my skin as his hot breath fanned against the shell of my ear and his fingertips lit a trail of blazing heat along the length of my arm. Mentally shaking myself from the trance of that which is Carter Bryson, I tilted my head towards him and whispered; "One where you'll lose." Quickly escaping his hold on me before the tension became unbearable, I spun on my heel to face him and slowly backed away towards the exit. "Good luck though." I added mischievously. With a smirk and a devilish glint in his eyes that could even give hell a run for its money, he replied; "I'm not a player though, baby. I'm the gamemaker." ~ ❗️Mature content. Don't Talk To Anyone | BOOK 2

52 parts Complete

(Sequel to Don't Talk To Strangers) It's been a couple months since the zombies had vanished. No more zombies. No more killings. And no more bad people. So they thought... Life is good, until something seems- out of place. Maybe it's a change in the weather or thickness of the air. Or it could be the electronic buzzing noise keeping them awake at night. The gang is suspicious, but nothing peaks their interests until one of them comes home infected. It's only a matter of time until the infection spreads around the rest of their body. It's a race against the clock to help them survive. Because the friends can't part with their own. They're family. And losing another person amongst the world is too much to handle. But if adding in revengeful ex-friends, hot summers, babies AND more zombies to the mix is what it takes to finally make these kids give up, congratulations. You got your wish. Not everyone is as strong as they want to be. Will they make it or break it?
