Sarah Sinclair isn't your average teenager in the city of Bristol. She's considered to be a music prodigy as she taught herself how to play a cello when she was 10. Her dad enrolled her in private lessons soon after as the family was wealthy and it kept Sarah away from him.

She doesn't remember much about her mum, due to the woman abandoning her children when Sarah was just 3. Her dad was never in the picture too much, so all she had was nannies and her siblings.

But when James turned 19, he got custody of his younger siblings, stole some of their dad's money despite the siblings having access to the account, and ran. They've been in Bristol ever since.

But since their dad found them, which caused him to send someone to stab Evie almost to death. She lived, got married, and is off to a nearby university with her now husband, Chris, healing from his subarachnoid hemorrhage and trying to find work.

But the stabbing and fear of almost losing Evie causes their brother to be even more overprotective over Sarah. How is she supposed to live her life without her brother trying to put a leach on her.

But meeting James Cook has changed Sarah's good girl mindset. He's an idiot, yes. But he looks so damn attractive.
