The scars that aren't visible are the most painful, you can never prove their existence. Can't prove that they're hurting.

Then comes a time when you can't decipher if they're actually real or just a fragment of your imagination?

And by then, you don't really care anymore. You're past all that.

All you do is, yearn. Yearn for something real. Something that feels real, not just there. Something that may pull you back to reality.

And the truth is, It never comes.

The words unsaid stay echoing in the abyss of your mind. Mixing with your hopeful imagination and creating a delusional reality. Making you uncertain about life itself.
