Cora Roberts is pretty normal. She's started college, she listens to music, she's figuring life out, she has a best friend obsessed with a musician, but her past isn't as full of sunshine as she pretends. So what happens when several chance encounters with someone she was never supposed to meet (let alone blackmail), changes her outlook on life? And what can she do when a once literal ghost from her past resurfaces right in front of her, but with no intention of revealing himself to her.
Theo Archer is that guy. The one every guy wants to be, and every girl wants. He can sing, he plays the piano, he's rich, he's famous, he's hot. How was he supposed to know that the contest that he never even agreed to could be one of the best things that's ever happened to him? This is a story of an unlikely couple. A story with a few chance meetings, a few fights, a few too many almost kisses, and one not-so-gone boy that throw Cora and Theo together in ways that no one (including themselves) expected.
