Fortuna Redux

In the year 5023, the United Universal Federation of Arcanda (UUFA) is a constellation of habitable worlds run under a single democratic government. They are insured to uphold the law, keep the peace and run the worlds under a single entity.

But every Federation has corruption and death which has resulted in an uprising by the Delta Rebellion.

Skylar Jenx, has grown up on a smuggler ship, but joined the Rebellion to help fight the corruption of the UUFA, after they slaughter her father.

Nefarious Wolnafaar, right hand man and son of the leader of the Delta Rebellion, Solal Wolnafaar - The Wolf, the Universe most feared revolutionary who started the war against the UUFA. His father has given him a mission to infiltrate the UUFA prison to rescue imprisoned Rebels.

Simple right? With his main pilot gone, he needs another and when his close friend and engineer Murlock suggests his trainee pilot sister, he is skeptical at first but soon finds her wild, fierce determination intoxicating and exactly what he needs on his team.

As they prepare to move on the prison, their plans are leaked and they are made to scatter. Now on the run and out of options, they are stuck on one of the roughest planets in the galaxy but Skylar shows unexpected resourcefulness and gets them off the planet after several run-ins with military forces out for their arrest.
