Breaths of life, taken in death, the same fretfully exhaled through trembling lips as tears of grief fall like diamonds over the graves, splattering as rain against the coarse stone.

Life is worship, and death is honor. Harmony with the earth around them is the core of the Anamorians' belief- with nature to guide them and the gods to weave their destiny, death is not an unexpected cruelty, but a bittersweet bridge to paradise.

Humans have no regard for life and no respect for death, but a wayward elven prince and an ignorant human knight could open their perspective to see the whole of both worlds- and maybe even change the world, after changing themselves.
