Mystery
What would you do if your home began to notice you - and then you realised it had already noticed everyone else? I moved because I believed in fresh starts. New walls. New routines. The comforting lie that location could reset a life. But this house isn't empty space. It observes. The floorboards hesitate beneath my feet. Reflections adjust. The rooms respond, not randomly, but deliberately, as if my presence is being logged. You wouldn't question it at first. That's how compliance works. Nothing is broken. Nothing demands attention. The system doesn't threaten; it corrects. Small delays. Subtle shifts. Tiny recalibrations designed to keep people moving smoothly through their lives. Most people never notice. The ones who do are expected to adapt. I noticed. Now the question isn't whether I'm being observed. It's whether awareness matters in a world that anticipates resistance and whether stepping out of line is even possible once the system has learned you. If you're reading this, it already has.

The book that Benjamin De Almeida aka Benoftheweek wrote at age 14. Wiped from the internet until now. This book essentially tries to be a satirical guide on how to become a YouTube star (something that I was obsessed with becoming at 14). It starts off with my YouTUbe journey from ages 10-14 and then things get a little weird. Read at your own risk, I was truly unhinged.
