Lotus Petals (XiCheng)

A disease has spread around the Jiang Clan of Yunmeng, a deadly curse that no one is willing to have. If a Jiang falls in love, the person will start coughing Lotus Petals and will eventually lead to their death. It is said that the first person to have the disease lasted five to six years at most of their lifetime.

Although, having the disease is very unlucky for a person.. it is believed that once the person from Jiang find its compatible partner, the petals will soon vanish and the person would heal. However, if the partner if not compatible, the disease will continue to take over the Jiang's body and will result to their doom.
