smriti pretends to think. "buy me a chai."

"a chai?"

"yeah. why not?" she's had worse ideas. that's for sure. there was nothing wrong with having a cup of chai, especially if it counted as fan out reach. this was her being kind and grateful, not making up excuses to keep talking to the slightly crazy, but mostly sweet girl that barrelled into her.

"buy a chai for the greatest cricketer in india...right..." she whispers under her breath, wringing her hands together. she looks back up at smriti. "is this something you normally do?"
