It took a single proposal to turn Jungkook's life upside down.

Jeon Jungkook has always lived his life being a shadow, while his twin sister Jeon Hazel was the sun. She was smarter, prettier and groomed to be a queen. Jungkook, on the other hand, was a great student : he'd learnt when to be silent and when to speak, the exact moments when he's expected to step back so Hazel has the centre stage.

And then came the proposal from Kim Taehyung. A name spoken with equal measures of fear and respect across Asia - or at least the continent's shadow zones. The fear factor, however, stuck with Hazel as she backed out. Thus, Jungkook stepped in to secure the agreement for his parents.

The world expected Jungkook to crumble under the boss' grip. But again, fate always plays a twisted hand.
