It's a simple story of a girl who meets a boy. Or maybe it's more complicated than that.

Abigail has an okay life, but struggles with her own feelings. She meets a boy with an amazing gift. This gift is merely being able to sit and understand her when she feels no one in the world was on her side. No, he doesn't save her from anything really. But he does stand by her side and hold her hand as she picks up the pieces and finds herself.
But what can you expect from a boy that isn't really a boy at all? Maybe there is more to his gift because of course, he would understand his beloved like no one else could. She was his beloved. She just didn't know that part yet. The powerful elite vampire was now devoted and his life was hers. It is this that turns a simple story complicated and it is only the beginning.
